CAJUN MUSIC HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM

This museum was built to honor all those who have contributed to the development of Cajun musical culture. It features a variety of Cajun instruments as well as recordings and old albums. Each year, during a ceremony, the Cajun musician of the year is announced who has helped develop this music and perhaps has a chance to make a big name for himself. As the museum says: "The place to honor Acadian musicians".
