The party is held mainly on Saturday morning to participate in the radio show, broadcast live on KVPI. This has been a tradition for decades. People arrive early, as early as 9am, and leave around 1 or 1:30pm. The dance floor is packed with locals who look like they were born dancing the two-step. Ladies, you'll meet some amazing people and talk Cajun with the dancers who are sure to come and invite you. If you're in the area, don't miss this opportunity for anything!

An extraordinary atmosphere in such a small room! Dance, laughs, even my 17 year old daughter could enter while you refuses in all the bars " you wood pasd' beer, you can. " (in Cajun French/). Was immediately located, us, only tourists, and when we were known French, what a heat! One the us dance, " jasé" a real treat!
