With such a "Crayfish Fans" name, we have no doubt that the establishment's star is the little orange cute of the Louisiana marshes. When it's the season, there's plenty of room coming in this dinner/' lowdown to enjoy crayfish. The rest of the year, the place loses a little interest, although there are always seafood and fried fish.
