The chef and owner Ross Eirich was for four years the only cook in Galatoire in New Orleans. In 2008 he resigned and opened his own restaurant-caterer in Slidell, in this lovely house in the middle of the boats. His cuisine is mainly French-Creole, with a preference for fish dishes. The address also applies to its location, facing the Bayou Bayou.
