Near Misahualli, on the other side of the Napo River. Punta Ahuano is the jetty from where you will take a pirogue to reach your lodge (notably for the Sinchi Sacha Lodge or one of the Ahuano lodges). The trail ends at the edge of the Napo River and a few huts mark the jetty. From there, the village of Ahuano is a 10 minute boat ride across the river (it costs US$ 10 per canoe for a crossing, regardless of the number of passengers). You can park your car near the pier or at the parking lot of the Casa del Suizo. Every Friday, a makeshift market for the locals is held on the shore.
