ABACO

One of the best restaurants in Puyo, if not the best. The chef prepares tasty dishes with regional products and mainly uses fish and seafood. Salad of tuna or shrimp, garlic shrimp, trilogy of seafood (shrimps, prawns, squid). Maisaussi mignon or Pi-K or "pollo baco" (fine slice of chicken has plancha, with mushrooms, salad, fries). We dine well, and the addition is really reasonable.
