Hotel with rooms, including those overlooking Vicente León Park, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with views of Cotopaxi.
This rather old-fashioned hotel is mostly frequented by local guests, but is still a good stopover address. Some of the rooms overlook the Vicente León park and have a private shower and toilet. The hotel is located in the same modern and charmless building as the Cotopaxi hotel. On the top floor, two large and bright dormitories can accommodate groups; on the terrace, the view on Cotopaxi is superb (when the sky is clear!). The plus: a beautiful kitchen equipped at the disposal of the customers.

Démodé en effet ! Mais aussi vétusté généralisée, saleté et puanteur dans la salle de bains (remontée d'égouts). Si comme moi vous avez en plus une chambre donnant sur la rue, soyez sur que vous ne fermerez pas l'oeil de la nuit en raison du bruit non stop des voitures et de la lumière des lampadaires. Ah j'oubliais, il n'y a ni petit-déjeuner inclus ni chauffage. Passez votre chemin !
