POLLOS JIMMY'S

More than 50 years already that this restaurant officiates in Latacunga. (Opened in 1969). Here, the specialty is chicken a la brasa (grilled)! The individual combo menu includes half a chicken, rice, chips, soup and a soda. Jimmy, the owner, manages his restaurant with a master's hand and the room is often full at noon and evening. The atmosphere is local, the clientele is mostly Ecuadorian and the setting is simple (a large room lit by neon lights, open to the street).
