This restaurant offers a traditional cuisine, including cuy, the famous roasted guinea pig that Ecuadorians love. The clientele is mostly composed of tourist groups passing through the area, so avoid it if you are looking for authenticity, although since the pandemic the restaurant has turned towards the local market by expanding its menu with more common dishes.
