Superb palm trees frame this pretty 19th century hacienda, which has been converted by its owners to receive visitors. The comfort is simple but sufficient, the decoration of good taste, the family and friendly atmosphere. The organic garden is at the disposal of the cooks who will prepare delicious local recipes with top quality ingredients. In the lush garden surrounding the property, you will even have the opportunity to meet some of the llamas that live there, with a view of the magnificent Imbabura volcano as a backdrop.

The 16 rooms are correct but a little dark. They have a modern building.

This modern three storey building (not to be confused with the Indio Inn!) has the advantage of being located in the heart of the market (attention to noise early in the morning when you have a room overlooking the street!). It offers a dozen suitable basic rooms with private bathroom and TV.

Located near the town of Cotacachi, this large tourist complex offers many services. The bungalows each represent a country and are decorated in function (France is crowned by the kepi of Charles de Gaulle…). Each bungalow has two large beds, a small living area with sofa bed, fireplace, bathroom and cable TV. All this, though comfortable, is of a dubious taste and will only be suitable for spa enthusiasts. You will be offered a card treatment: Fruit-based massages, mud bath, water gymnastics, sauna…

In a large classical hacienda with patio, garden, 30 comfortable rooms with bathroom, TV, telephone and carpeting. Leisure side: tennis, swimming pool and mini-golf. The possibility to make horse trekking at half-day to Peguche. Given its capacity, this hotel is the favourite of the groups. A comfortable option with good value for money, but a little away from the centre.
