The specialty of the house is the beef filet cooked on a refractory stone and served at the table like this. The beef is excellent, it comes from the region of Santo Domingo de los Colorados, and the cooking is on demand. If you prefer fish, we recommend the traditional fried trout accompanied by the no less famous patacones. The welcome is very friendly, the portions are copious and the flavours are great.
