We don't come here by chance, because the street is not a usual axis of walks, we come here for the bread and especially, the best croissant that we tasted in Ecuador! We thought we were in a Parisian bar because the pastry seemed to be from another world. The baker was trained by the greatest master bakers, he even went to learn how to make croissants in New York, from a French baker. There are a few tables where you can sit down and have a coffee with a pastry while preparing for the rest of the day.
