This palace, built on Independence Square, is now a pleasant little shopping center
Built at the end of the 18th century, in the Independence Square, the Palacio Arzobispal is today a small and pleasant shopping centre. It is composed of a set of Andalusian-style patios. Framed by galleries and connected to each other, they house small shops, cafés and restaurants that offer pleasant breaks during visits to the historic centre. This imposing classical building with its white colonnades and façade is elegantly illuminated at night and contributes to the grandeur of Independence Square.
