EL CAP - QUITO ESCALADA

El Cap is a climbing gym born from the meeting of two French-Ecuadorian couples who are passionate about this sport. The opportunities to climb in a natural environment are not very numerous around Quito, so Estelle and her friends opened this beautiful gym a few years ago. We meet there to learn, to train, but also to spend good moments between sportsmen, sometimes around a glass (of fruit juice of course) in the bar of the room which also proposes excellent snacks. Sauna and showers complete the package. Highly recommended!
