Jim's pizzeria, also known as Pizza Copán, is a meeting place for travelers and locals alike: the pizzas are considered by many to be "the best in Copán! "The options are fairly classic (Margarita, Pepperoni, or even the meaty Suprema), but they are indeed baked in a pizza oven that guarantees a light, crispy dough. You can also enjoy sandwiches and hamburgers. All this takes place in a pleasant atmosphere, in a small, shady courtyard just a stone's throw from the central square.
