The Casa is owned by Don David Kuhn, the creator of the famous «gringo perdido» hotel sold several years ago. 15 rooms installed in wooden bungalows which are simple, very clean and arranged in front of a very pleasant thematic garden that Don David will let you discover. Some smaller rooms are equipped with air conditioning with a small terrace, others have a fan. On the floor of a charming home, you can take its three daily meals. A dish of the day is served every evening. It is a place that certainly makes it possible to appreciate the extraordinary nature of Petén. Tours in lanchas, horseback riding and excursions are organised.

Restaurant pratique
Je n'ai pas logé dans cet hôtel, mais j'ai eu l'occasion d'y dîner un soir. Le personnel s'est montré accueillant et très aimable. La carte était assez variée et il est à noter que plusieurs options végétariennes figuraient au menu. Le service a été assez rapide et mon plat (végétarien) était bon et copieux. Le cadre du restaurant était agréable et l'ambiance conviviale. Par ailleurs, les prix étaient très abordables.
