After meeting his wife - a Guatemalan woman - in France, Angelo, a young Italian retiree, decided to settle in the Petén with her. Today, he is without a doubt the head of the best restaurant in the village, located at the edge of the Petén Itzá lagoon, at the beginning of the road that leads to the Cerro Cahuí biotope.
