This small chain of restaurants with a rich and original menu revisits international recipes with local ingredients. For example, here the eggs Benedict are called Cobandictinos: the muffin is replaced by sweet potato cakes, the spinach by a bed of local herbs, and the hollandaise sauce by a samat sauce. All served with white beans, fried plantains and homemade cheese. Like them, all the dishes are fine, tasty and creative: a highly recommended address for the morning or for lunch.
