This newly built hotel in the market quarter in a neo-colonial style (which can not be loved) has 19 rooms, on 3 levels, connected by a large wooden staircase, with bathroom, hot water and TV. Some do not have windows then visit before or choose one on the 3rd floor. The terrace offers a view of the cathedral. That is another good address.
