Arch painted in colorful squares with a snake's head, at the crossroads between the road running through the municipality and 4A Calle.
This small arch, painted with colored squares, from blue to yellow to red and white, is located at the intersection of the main road that crosses the municipality and 4A Calle, 300 meters north of the iglesia de Santo Tomás. Originally built in brick, it was rebuilt in 1932 in quarry stone by the architect Aniceto de León. It shows the head of a snake - representing the deity Gucumatz - devouring a human being. The reason for this is the oral legend that a giant snake once blocked the passage of a stream in this place.
