Hôtel superbement situé au bord du Lac Atitlan, très tranquille. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et équipées de télé. Pas de wifi dans les chambres mais au rez-de-chaussée près de la réception. Le cadre est magnifique. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre au 11ème étage, un pur bonheur de se réveiller le matin et voir le soleil illuminé progressivement les volcans sur le lac.
Le service est un peu long mais le personnel est aimable.
La seule ombre au tableau, c'est la vision de l'hôtel lorsqu'on arrive en bâteau sur le lac, il fait un peu tâche dans le paysage.
