To get to the bar, you have to enter the very Art Deco Pasaje Rubio, in which there are about 50 shops. El Portalito is located behind the doors of El Portal, a place full of history. In addition to being the first bar-restaurant - opened in 1932 - in this part of the capital, it is said to have hosted Che in the 1940s. Today, the large wooden counter and beer taps, as well as the screens showing soccer games, give it a nice pub atmosphere. Ideal for a break between two visits.

A charming little place with a warm welcome, it is the perfect place for a break or a quick breakfast. There are a few toasts and paninis, granola and an excellent chocolate chip cookie, served warm. However, the main reason for coming here is the good coffee, which is produced by the finca Villaure, located in Huehuetenango. Espresso, cappuccino, americano, iced latte, cold frappe... There is something for everyone. Several alternatives are offered to tea lovers, whose most tempting aroma is passion orange.

It's a large, lively bar, with a certain American atmosphere coming from the pool table and the faux red brick walls, some of which are covered in graffiti and murals. In addition to the high stools and the more classic chairs, it is possible to take a seat on one of the swings. Ideal atmosphere for a drink at the end of the day or at the beginning of the evening, with soft rock music in the background, at a volume favorable to exchanges. Extensive menu featuring a wide selection of cocktails and beers, as well as several options for snacks and dinner.

The friendly staff, the background music, the hangar-like layout, the graffitied walls and the huge counter with multiple beer taps give the place a cool Brooklyn vibe. Above all, one comes to this brewery from El Salvador for its craft beers. In addition to the seasonal beers, there are seven varieties, from red to honey blonde to black, which fans can try with the tasting formula. There is also a large menu offering burgers, nachos and pizzas. Not to be missed!

If this small lounge serves it - the cups range from espresso to mocha, including latte, americano, flat white and cappuccino - it is mainly concerned with roasting it and works only with Guatemalan fincas. Some delicacies are also offered, such as alfajores, delicious little Argentinean cookies with dulce de leche. It is also possible to buy coffee bags on the spot with evocative names, such as "Fruit of Excellence" and "Incomparable Flavor".

Nice little bar with an intimate atmosphere, which emerges notably from the subdued lights. It's a place with character, as shown by the many frames on the walls, such as the poster of the movie Trainspotting. Only a few wooden tables occupy the space, which fills up especially on Tuesdays. Evenings of live music, jazz or rock bands come to perform. On Thursdays, it's the DJs' turn. During this time, one quenches one's thirst with craft beer, strong alcohol, or michelada, a Mexican drink in vogue here.

This polymorphic space is dedicated to trova "with a note of jazz", but not only. From Argentine rock concerts to stand-ups, from flamenco rumba to pop, the stage of this beautiful, dimly-lit venue sees a variety of artists come and go, almost every night. In addition to having a drink, it is possible to have dinner.
