Opened in the Zona Viva of Guatemala City, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy the pleasure of eating. The very nice Eric Malbrun, held by a Frenchman, is actually preparing a very good French cuisine, fine but without emphasis, a subtle marriage between the hexagonal, the Antillean and the Guatemalan, at a very reasonable price. The varied daily dishes bring a small "French touch" every day to the guests'palaces. Attended, inter alia, by representatives of the small French community of Guatemala Ciudad.
