Located between the airport and the beach, Miguel's is an Aracaju classic that has been welcoming guests since 1980. The 4 Rodas guide has awarded it several times for the quality of its cuisine. It offers good local cuisine, the menu varies between meat and fish dishes. Try the chef's suggestion: carne de sol, a traditional regional dish made with sun-dried beef filet. More classically, you can try surubim, a typical fish from the São Francisco River, or a picanha in the Argentine style.
