Livio arrived with his wife and children in Puerto Viejo in 1994. Just to change his life and paint, his great passion in life along with cooking! It was the first restaurant worthy of the name in the village. He shares with us Italian specialties with Caribbean touches. The restaurant, open on a garden in edge of sea, is decorated with his works, luminous, coloured, according to a technique which he invented. Lucia, his wife, is a writer... A charismatic couple, respected in the village, as much for their kindness as for their cooking.

I do not know if it is best Italian restaurants, in any case you can eat well, not only italian cuisine, and the prices are decent. All in all, do not expect necessarily cheap prices in the region, but it remains in the " completely;.
