Pascal opened this gourmet restaurant with his friend Zenaida, a Costa Rican chef who studied with a student of Paul Bocuse in Puerto Viejo. The restaurant offers an intimate setting in a large, bright garden. On the menu, Caribbean fusion cuisine with a French touch that hits the spot. The wild oysters are tasty, the fish melts in your mouth. Pascal has his own fishing boat, and the organic vegetables come from his finca. Refined dishes and copious plates. One of the best addresses in town.

Restaurant à découvrir absolument lors d'en séjour à Puerto Viejo. Non seulement le patron (français) est super sympa, mais en plus il propose une cuisine de poissons (mérou, raie, murène,...) qu'il pêche lui même au harpon ! En complément d'huitres de Cahuita notre bonheur gustatif fut comblé lors de notre diner.
