Leaving to come back is the path of Sylvie Spielmann who studied wine growing soils in the United States and Australia before taking over the domain of her ancestors in biodynamics. For 35 years she has been cultivating 8 hectares of the family's former gypsum quarry. Sylvie creates renowned wines for aging: Grands Crus Altenberg and Kanzlerberg, Vendanges Tardives.
