This 33 hectare estate has been certified organic for 11 years and has been run by the Lorentz family for over a century. The Gustave Lorentz house produces wines that are renowned and appreciated throughout the world. You can discover them in a spacious tasting room. Like the Pinot Gris Grand Cru Kanzlerberg 2020, a favorite of the Guide Hachette des Vins 2023: a superb wine for ageing that reveals sweet aromas of brioche and yellow-fleshed fruit. The house also offers the Évidence collection, a 100% vegan range that holds the V label. Great discoveries!

For connoisseurs with a taste for the adventurous! T'Heim coffees will take you and your palate on a journey. This Alsatian family-run business is restoring the ancient craft of coffee roasting to its former glory. From Rwanda to Ethiopia, Honduras to Mexico, Laos to India, the origins and blends are eclectic enough to satisfy all tastes. A visit to the laboratory is possible throughout the week, provided you contact the roaster beforehand. The icing on the cake is that roasting is carried out on site in the traditional way.
