C'est le domaine HALBEISEN de BERGHEIM qui a diversifié son activité en créant, à côté de l'exploitation ce bel établissement.
On y propose de la restauration avec des plats typiques de la région, mais son charme essentiel repose sur le bar à vins, à la fois, grâce au cadre superbe dans un domaine viticole du XVI ème siècle, mais aussi au large panel de vins et aux conseils avisés.
Parfois, en soirée on y organise des dégustations dans une ambiance conviviale.
On apprécie le vin servi au verre ou à la bouteille.
Les prix sont élevés, mais la qualité et le service au rendez vous.
