Over 21,000 hectares, the Réam nature reserve now offers its charms to visitors. Ream Park is one of seven national parks in Cambodia, created by King Norodom Sihanouk in 1993. It includes the Prek Teuk Sap estuary, fine sandy beaches and mangroves, coral reefs and two desert islands. The area is a refuge for various species of birds, freshwater dolphins, macaques, deer.
To visit the park, you must use the Ranger Headquarters located opposite the airport entrance. From the headquarters, it is possible:
To organize canoe tours in the mangrove swamp;
To organize excursions to the islands of Koh Thmei, Koh Sampouch and Koh Ses
To find out about the different hiking trails.
