REAM NATIONAL PARK
Ream National Park, ideal for canoe trips through the mangrove swamps, excursions to deserted islands and hiking trails
Covering 21,000 ha, the Ream nature reserve offers its charms to visitors. Ream National Park is one of Cambodia's seven national parks, created by King Norodom Sihanouk in 1993. It encompasses the Prek Teuk Sap estuary, sandy beaches and mangroves, coral reefs and two deserted islands. The area is a haven for various bird species, freshwater dolphins, macaques and deer. To visit the park, call the ranger headquarters opposite the airport entrance.
