As a native of the Meeting, the February family put its suitcases in Cambodia on a hot day in April. A gourmet end, Georges decides to blend his traditional recipes with Cambodian fruits and spices. In a few months, the bet is successful. Today, the family offers a wide range of arranged rums, chutneys, piments and jams. Quality products, born of the meeting between two cultures.
