This French bar-restaurant is located opposite the old market (north-east side) 30 m from the edge of the river. The establishment created in 1995 (by Yves, now in Paris Saigon) has been under the direction of Pierre Serge since 2006. French and Asian cuisine: salads, sandwiches or dishes of the day, pancakes and ice creams, not forgetting Asian specialities. The ideal place to refresh after visiting the shops of the artisanal market. Pierre Serge is a cycling enthusiast and knows the temples well.
