A restaurant that serves soul food in the greatest tradition, unpretentious but unavoidable in Washington since 1944, especially for its biscuits and gravy. French fries are also good and fat. In moderation, and without a busy after-dinner visit program: it is not the lightest food available. Please note that breakfast dishes can be ordered at any time of the day.
