Welcome to the Basque Country! All the dishes are delicious and very rich. We come here to enjoy a base of serrano, sausage and manchego, snails, soup, sandwich, or even a more elaborate dish like the beef language (a real treat) or the lamb. Or just to drink a glass of Rioja in a very friendly atmosphere. A stroke of heart!
