BURNSIDE BRIDGE

One day you need to cross the Portland bridge in Portland. Its spectacular width, its views on the major motorways, its fine and low bridges give a strange feeling of vertigo. Built in 1926, this bridge has been a historic monument since 2012. This is the only bridge of the Willamette River that was designed by an architect, hence these very stylized finishes like the two little Italian Renaissance towers that rise half way.
