San Juan Island Tourist Office offering guided tours by Captain Hobbes while whale watching.

In addition to his water taxi activity, Captain Hobbes also provides guided whale watching tours lasting from 2 hours 30 to 3 hours. The tours are weather dependent, but if you are lucky, the sight of killer whales or grey whales swimming just a few meters from the boat is simply magical. A must do, especially since the captain only takes a handful of curious people along and really personalizes the experience.
