Sercq (Sark)

The restaurant of the Hotel de la Sablonnerie is a well known address on the island that mixes a very classical charm with a little touch of sophistication. On the menu, we make the (very appreciable) effort to work with home-made and local products to offer a tasty and organic cuisine in general. During the summer months, you can enjoy the delicious garden of the property at the table in the open air. And the charming owner's welcome is always smiling. On the terrace (barefoot!), by the hotel pool, for a delightful lunch (reserved for residents) with a glass of excellent white wine in one hand, accompanied by a lobster salad to nibble on the other; or in the evening (open to all), in a more formal dining room for a 3-course menu (for example) of the highest quality, using fresh, seasonal produce, the Stocks Hotel's excellent table is a must-try. From spring to autumn, the menu here is one of freshness, flavor and creativity. A must for visiting epicureans!
