Read moreThe table at Longueville Manor, the only Relais & Châteaux in the Anglo-Norman archipelago, is excellent. Here, the cuisine, while often quite classic, can sometimes be surprising. All the ingredients, local and fresh, as well as the various components of the dishes, are always the object of attentive and passionate preparation and highly professional dressing. The wine cellar (with several thousand labels) is simply legendary. It's a bit expensive, but it's a little folly that shouldn't disappoint you; we like it a lot.
