I've been staying here for three years, but I'm currently facing challenges in canceling my stay due to COVID-19. Initially, they attempted to enforce their non-cancellation policy even after everything shut down. While it's a great spot, I've found the owners' response to be disappointing and financially driven. St. Barths has so many wonderful places to offer, and I believe there are better options that value their customers during these trying times.
