Gustavia

Opened by Marius in 1949, it was the first bar on Saint-Barth and is now the islanders' HQ. Right in the heart of Gustavia, under the shade of the flamboyant trees, it's the perfect place to spend a relaxed moment and join in the locals' discussions. Musicians perform here on certain evenings. It's the place to come for a traditional drink. The clientele is colorful, and the world's greats are bound to drop in. Salads and sandwiches are also served, not forgetting the cult burger.

As its name suggests, the Shellona is located on the beach with shells! A soft and relaxed atmosphere that invites you to close your eyes and soak up the place: a large terrace on fine white sand, a wonderful cuisine prepared by chef Yiannis Kioroglou (one of the young prodigies of Greek gastronomy) and a magnificent view of the sea. What a pleasure to be able to buy fish with the advice of the managers and to be seduced by a meal on the spot. Literally turned towards the fresh products of the day, Fish Corner wants to offer the pleasure of the sea. All the fish common to the Caribbean can be tasted on the spot like the local bouillabaisse, mahi-mahi in fish & chips and always accompanied by vegetables and sauces to fall! A dive is necessary in this small relaxed corner where cooking rhymes with singularity and respect of the product.
