SPB is the cultural capital of Russia and undoubtedly also the cultural capital of cocktail art. In the Orthodox, these two branches come together in syncretism for an intoxicating dance. The cocktail menu is a tribute to the works of such illustrious representatives of Russian culture as Chekhov (The Cherry Orchard, Uncle Vania), Dostoyevsky (The Brothers Karamazov), etc. These true author's cocktails are quite singular, especially because they mostly use liqueurs and eaux-de-vie from Russia and neighbouring countries.
