It is mostly frequented by expatriates or tourists, but it is considered the most popular Irish bar in St. Petersburg, and binge drinking is regular on weekends. You attend concerts on Tuesday evening, and listen to folk music the rest of the time. You can also watch sports games on large screen or enjoy on the terrace during the beautiful days.
