One of the oldest porcelain factories in the world, in operation since 1744. Its shops are not to be missed.

Porcelain has been a speciality of St. Petersburg since the 19th century. A famous factory is located at the Lomonossovskaya station outside the centre. This shop on the Nevski perspective is a factory outlet, with a very large selection of high quality porcelain dishes. You will surely succumb to the midnight blue and gold edging of some services. You will also find a dozen shops in the city centre, and about twenty throughout the city.
