KILMARTIN MUSEUM

The archaeological wealth of the region is presented here for the greatest pleasure of history lovers. Excavated in the surrounding area, the objects that are presented cover very old periods. One can see, for example, a Neolithic bowl dating back over 4 500 years, the pottery of the Bronze Age 3 000 years old and a sword from the island of, forged 2 000 years ago. It has a certain didactic aspect and allows you to immerse yourself in the past of Scotland and its inhabitants. Excavations are still taking place today and allow for new discoveries.
