Right in the heart of Edinburgh, this small distillery produces a gin appreciated by experts, and offers small-group tours to discover this industry which, far from matching whisky's figures, remains one of Scotland's specialties. The classic tour lasts 45 minutes and ends with a tasting, with knowledgeable guides sharing their passion. When the tours end, the Heads & Tales bar takes over, offering a cosy setting for cocktails and tapas. The tiny boutique, housed in a cellar, is not open to visitors.
