PLAGES

Cudillero does not have any beaches near the town centre. The nearest is the beautiful Playa de Aguilar, supervised in summer, wild in winter, 3 km away. Avoid the high tide, because the sand is then completely covered! The second beach of the small village, after the one of Aguilar, is located 18 km west of Cudillero. Surrounded by high cliffs, it is considered as the most beautiful... But be careful, it is not supervised and can only be reached on foot. It is little frequented even in summer, and one appreciates its tranquillity.
