The Villa Urrutia, a typical indian building from 1910, is now the headquarters of the city hall
The Villa Urrutia is a typical Indian construction from 1910, whose owner Don Leandro Urrutia had made his fortune in Mexico. On his return, he had this sumptuous house built to spend his summers with his family, which has now become the headquarters of the town hall. It is surrounded by a 1.5 hectare park planted with century-old trees where the ARENATZarte space is located, which exhibits avant-garde open-air sculptures by various Basque artists.
