Encantado!
Es la segunda vez que me alojo en él. Las habitaciones son súper espaciosas, limpias, bonitas y modernas.
La cama suuuper cómoda y un montón de almohadas para elegir.
El personal es muy atento. Y el restaurante, aunque tiene una carta bastante breve, todo lo que he comido estaba muy rico. El menú son 20€.
Tiene gimnasio, es pequeño y tiene 4 cosas, pero suficiente para entrenar durante la estancia.
La ubicación es perfecta. A la orilla del río, y a 5 minutos del casco antiguo.

Fantastic service, good breakfasts. Beside nice restaurant with no very high prices. I ate risotto over there and it was delicious ????

Very central, but they have a problem with the heating, rooms too hot, and its got no personality, breakfast was good, but would go to another hotel if I went back to Bilbao,as I think it was a bit expensive fir what it was.

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Ganz tolle Betten, sehr breit und bequem. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, aber leider war das Rührei bei mir immer eher kalt als warm. Dafür gab es sehr leckeren Schinken und frisches Obst.
Was ich unschön fand, war die überall fehlende Toilettenbürste.

The room is very clean, beds are comfortable. Everything one needs is available in the room. The location is very good (15 minutes walking to the center) nice staff.

Muy buena ubicación. Buena atención en recepción, eficaces y rápidos. La habitación muy bonita, las vistas, no tuvimos suerte , pero no es problema.

Готель приємний і номери теж. Сніданок ???? гарний.
Не сподобалось, що ми орендували 2 номера, а нам не дали паркомісце в паркінгу, хоча ми бачили там декілька вільних місць. На що працівник готелю повідомив, що можливо вони орендовані довгостроковими контрактами. Довелось їхати і ставити авто за 10хв від готелю.
Також в кімнаті перестав працювати замок і ми втратили годину поки технічний фахівець вирішив цю проблему. ????

Un muy buen hotel urbano, situado en el centro de Bilbao y desde donde se puede visitar cualquier lugar caminando. Hotel con habitaciones prácticas, poco ruido y confort alto de descanso. Desayuno buffet muy completo. Recomendable 100%

Mala experiencia laboral, tienen a la gente súper quemada, es una secta. Es normal que luego tengan mal servicio, la gente se marcha quemada.
Si te pones malo te señalan.
Si vas al sindicato te señalan.
Si no le ríes las gracias los de arriba te señalan.
Si quieres trabajar aquí cómprate unas buenas rodilleras, te van a hacer falta.
Además me han llamado del hotel para coaccionarme y amenazarme con denunciante si no quito el comentario.

Felicidades por el personal de recepción, las dos chicas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y excelentes profesionales. El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, la habitación confortable, cama muy cómoda y justo con lo necesario. Como pega pienso que un hotel de su categoría en el desayuno debería tener el zumo de naranja natural. Por lo demás genial!

Todo estupendo, las camas son muy cómodas, tienen un catálogo de almohadas por si no te gusta la firmeza de la que ponen de serie. Todo muy limpio y el personal del hotel muy correcto.
El hotel es un poco caro pero si te lo puedes permitir el precio lo vale.
Por sacar una pega diría que las paredes son un poco finas y se escuchan a las parejas de al lado pero no es algo que no pase en la mayoría de los hoteles.

Title: Disappointing Stay at Barceló Bilbao Nervión
I recently stayed at the Barceló Bilbao Nervión hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. While the location was excellent, opposite the Guggenheim Museum and with easy access to the city center, and the lobby and room design were pleasant and modern, the problems began with the parking.
Despite booking the hotel with parking included, we were told upon arrival that all parking spots were taken, despite being assured earlier that we would be able to park. This was unacceptable, especially since the hotel only has 50 parking spaces for over 340 rooms, which is misleading and not transparent.
Additionally, we booked a room with a king-size bed, but were given a room with two single beds pushed together, which was unsuitable. When we requested a change, the new room provided was not prepared for MyBarcelo club members, lacking benefits.
The overall experience was disappointing and below expectations. As a loyal customer of Barceló for many years, I have been disappointed with recent experiences and have cancelled a future stay in Barceló San Sebastián, replacing it with another hotel. Unfortunately, Barceló has transformed from a respected chain to a mediocre quality and service network. In the future, I will think twice before booking a Barceló hotel.

Quartos pequenos e a necessitarem de ser atualizados. Serviço razoável no check in mas degradando significativamente durante a estadía, particularmente na receção durante a manhã. Ginásio grande e razoavelmente bem equipado para um hotel, no entanto não existem toalhas apenas uns toalhetes de material sintético muito pouco sustentáveis e o único ponto de água para beber está localizado no WC comum. A relação qualidade preço é baixa.

Fort bien situé le long de la ria de Bilbao. Environ une dizaine de minutes à pieds du Guggenheim.
Hôtel de style contemporain mais pas "froid" pour autant. Chambres spacieuses très agréablement meublées. Propreté irréprochable. Excellent service à la réception par du personnel qui parle français.
Et enfin un menu à 14€ complet et fort bon. Un superbe buffet de petit dejeuner.

Hotel très bien situé à 10 min a pied du centre historique de la gare et du Guggenheim sur les bords de la ria de bilbao
Plutot calme et moderne Chambre très fonctionnelle Bon wifi certaines donnent sur l arriere d autres coté quai et ria

Très bon PDJ Diner tres bien également menu pour 13 euros avec entrée plat dessert eau minérale et verre de vin
Personnel restauration et service le soir au top (Je n ai pas du tout aimé un plat la serveuse m a proposé d en choisir un autre sans que je diemande quoi que se soit et avec une gentillesse au de la de ses fonctions )
