Founded in 1940, the Victor restaurant is an institution in Bilbao! The establishment is organised around a pintxos bar on the ground floor, and a newly renovated upstairs dining room, offering beautiful views of Plaza Nueva from its large bay windows. In summer you can also enjoy its pleasant terrace. A la carte, many meat and fish dishes, including the unmissable bacalao Victor, an excellent cod dish with pilpil sauce and crushed tomatoes. The place also stands out for its impressive wine list.
