This establishment has its origins in the market of La Bretxa, where for a long time Aitor Lasa's parents devoted themselves to selling the farm's products. With the taste of the land as his heritage, the son has therefore maintained the family tradition by creating this delicatessen renowned for its artisan cheeses, especially those made from Latxa sheep's milk. Among its careful selection, you will also find seasonal mushrooms, apple jelly, Iberian sausages, dried fruit and wines.
